Cancellation & Refund Policy
- At juvenorpharma.com we do not offer REFUND or have an EXCHANGE policy. In the unlikely event that any product you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged, or if product delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may return the product unused in its original packaging along with the original tags, for replacement within 7 days of receipt by us.
- Any return courier must be accompanied by the original sale invoice which is shipped along with the products. We will not be able to accept returns which are not accompanied by the original sales invoice.
- Before accepting delivery of any product, please ensure that the packaging has not been damaged or tampered with. If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged please refuse to accept delivery of the package, please call our Customer Care at 07118-660358 or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you with 7 working days.
- We advice that the courier not be accepted by children
- You may return the products in the unlikely event of the following:
(1) The parcel is found damaged at the time of receipt
(2) After opening the parcel, your find that
(a) The products is damages or
(b) The products you have ordered is not the same.
- You may return the product unused in its original packaging along with the original tags, for replacement within 7 days of receipt by us.
